Use: Restores 3200 mana over 24 seconds, but at a cost. Also reduces spell damage by 25 and healing done by 50 for 15 minutes.
We will farm as long as we get the recipe drop (in general it will not take longer than 24 hrs).
Requirement: your character is level 70 and has an alchemy skill of minimal 360.
